Dear Club Member,

The start of the season is fast approaching and the first game of the 2018 season will be played at The Walla on Saturday 21st April.

To achieve this we need to bring the clubhouse and grounds out of hibernation.

Therefore, we have allocated the following days to carry out the necessary jobs.

Friday 30th March – 9.00am to Noon.
Monday 2nd April – 9.00am to Noon.
Saturday 7th April – 9.00am to Noon.
Saturday 14th April – 9.00am to Noon.
Sunday 15th April – 9.00am to Noon.

We would appreciate as many people as possible to give the club a little of their time on any of these days to share the jobs that need completing. The tasks are not heavy duty and vary from painting the changing rooms, moving equipment into/out of storage and some general cleaning tasks. The more people volunteer the easier it will be. If everything gets done in the first two or three days it will not be necessary to go ahead with the later dates quoted.

In the past this has been left to a very small group of members and has taken longer than it needed to be so please can I appeal to everybody give us just a little of your time.

Work clothes, garden gloves, a shovel and brush would be useful to bring along should you feel inclined to volunteer.
