Dear Club Member We have now reached the end of yet another season.

In line with previous seasons we now need to put the grounds ‘’to bed’’ for the winter.

If possible can I ask for volunteers to help with these tasks.

I have compiled a list of about 15 tasks that I think need doing before Autumn/Winter sets in and these jobs will be much easier if I have a many people as possible to help. They are not heavy labour jobs! They are in the main moving items into storage and cleaning various aspects of the playing area.

These jobs will be carried out on Saturday 22nd September from 9.00am.

So if you can spare an hour or two I would be most grateful. My aim is to do this in one hit (hopefully)!
