Dear all,
You will be aware that an integral part of the cricket match day is the tea interval.
We have historically had a group of ladies who have prepared and served not only players teas but have provided refreshments for our patrons -whether it be a sandwich, slice of cake or a hot drink.
We are actively seeking volunteers who are able to give an hour or two between 1 and 5pm on Saturdays to prepare refreshments. Please note -MEN are allowed!
If you feel able to offer help and perhaps take part on a rota basis to help the smooth running of match days, please contact our chairman, Dave Rolinson on 07799 295729.
Our first match is a friendly, against Bacup CC, this Saturday.
I hope you all enjoy the cricket season -and that our teams will give us plenty to smile about.
